🎨 Creative Work
Here are some of my creative endeavours.
I’ve always loved literature and great writing. T.S. Eliot and Gabriel García Márquez are two of many influences—others stretch from Asimov to Brodsky to Camus and the rest of the alphabet…
The closest I came to formal study was starting an MA in Creative Writing at Lancaster University. Like so many things, poverty defeated me. But I kept writing anyway.
✍️ Short Stories
I’ve written many. Here are the two most recent and a much older story:

- When the Sky Remembered Us… 📥 Download
- In Between Days 📥 Download
📚 Novels
- Rhea 📥 Download
A tale of female liberation cloaked in Greek mythology—restoring the matriarchy and global balance. A recurring theme in my work. (ADULT AUDIENCE ONLY) - A Small Truth 📥 Download
I meant to write this for my MA at Lancaster. I wrote it anyway. A semi-autobiographical story about the terror of childhood and surviving serious psychological and physical abuse.
🎶 Music
I play piano, guitar, and most stringed instruments.
I wish I could have spent more time with a piano—but you can’t carry a Steinway around easily.
All music below was written, performed, and produced by me. Thanks to Danny Owen (guitar), Julien Bonamy (drums) and Sebastian LeBoisson (bass) for having an absolute blast with the band! “Always the journey never the destination – unless it la fête de la musique dans le Marais!
Electronica
Producsiakana (Experimental / Conceptual)
- What’s the News (Indie Rock)
- Forever 7 (Progressive) (For Yro, the one and only wife!)
- Dear John (Ambient Orchestral Poetry)
Acoustica
- White Man
- Blind Children
- She is the One (For the Rose, Tom didn’t forget you!)
- One Day (Folk – with vocals by the brilliant Sabrina Loiseau)
And my favourite:
- Late at Night
A raw, late-night recording—terribly produced, but born of addiction and the journey through it.
🧠 Psychology & Teaching
I taught at ESSEC Business School in France for many years.
I also served as Senior Therapist and Manager at Promis, one of the UK’s most respected treatment centres.
Along the way, I created a complete treatment modality for addiction, anxiety, and depression:
RESOLVE – a program that grew from a conversation about helping young people on remand.
Given that over 40% of detainees (a conservative figure) are in prison for alcohol- or drug-related crimes, the need for better rehabilitation is obvious.
I may upload the full book and workbook one day. But for now, here’s something fun and useful for clients and therapists alike:
